01. 前衛與科技 /Technology Pioneer

科技創新是這個時代繞不開的熱點話題，亦是本案設計的重點之一 —— 構思未來科技與城市之間的關系，并簡化為空間設計中的文化符號。

Technological innovation is a hot topic that cannot be avoided in this era, and it is also one of the focuses of the design of this case-to conceive the relationship

between future technology and the city, and simplify it into cultural symbols in space design.

以計算機用到的二進制“010”代碼為設計概念，將其具象化，與環境融合一體。

沙盤吊燈的設計，延續科技城市的概念，讓整個空間充滿節奏與律動。

營銷中心采用了極簡的表現方式：直線條劃分整個空間，沙盤、vip接待室延伸垂直城市的概念，洽談區墻面“010”二進制代碼呼應了科技城市的概念。

02. 尺度與觸感 /Specification Texture

洽談區設計旨在打造一個開放且輕松的商談氛圍，原木材質的運用與綠植的點綴相互呼應，打造樹下休憩、放空思考的場景感，提升使用者的舒適度。

The design of the negotiation area aims to create an open and relaxed atmosphere for negotiation. The use of log materials and the embellishment of green plants echo each other,

creating a sense of scenery under the tree and free thinking, and enhance the psychological comfort of users.

03. 時尚與新生 /New Era

伴隨物質生活的日趨穩定，人們對藝術方面有了更高的需求，因此在設計當中，藝術元素貫穿始終，如軟裝家具、藝術品、裝飾畫等，

無一不凸顯簡潔獨特的調性，使置身于其中的賓客感受到優雅的現代詩意。

With the increasing stability of material life, people have a higher demand for art. Therefore, in the design, artistic elements run through, such as upholstered furniture, artworks, decorative paintings, etc.,

all highlighting the simple and unique tone. Make the guests in it feel the elegant modern poetry.

05. 自然之棲居 / Natural Fit

鳳凰湖生態公園位于知識城中心，為呼應其生態優先、創新向導的規劃理念，獨棟樣板間的設計以生態為題，綠植與原木公共裝置作為點綴，為空間增添自然之意。

Phoenix Lake Ecological Park is located in the center of the Knowledge City. In response to its ecological priority and innovative guidance planning concept,

the design of the single-family model house is based on ecology, using green plants and log public installations as embellishments to add a little natural meaning to the space .
